Information we collect

When you join the founding list, we collect the email address and fantasy platform you submit. We also record basic attribution information that may be included in the page address or sent by your browser, including campaign source, medium, campaign name, content label, landing page, referring page, consent time, and signup time.

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses, device or browser information, and server logs, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the waitlist, provide launch and product updates, understand which fantasy platforms are most requested, measure campaign performance, prevent abuse, and improve Tuesday Tape.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or communicate about the product. We do not sell or rent waitlist information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

We retain waitlist information while the founding list is active and for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from product emails at any time using the instructions in the message. You may also request access to or deletion of your waitlist information by replying to a Tuesday Tape email or contacting hello@tuesdaytape.com.

Children

Tuesday Tape is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Future product features

If Tuesday Tape begins collecting phone numbers, connected league information, payment details, or additional analytics data, this policy and the notice shown at the point of collection will be updated before those features are launched.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Tuesday Tape develops. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest revision took effect.
